How we farewell our TUVIGO products and get them to you asap:

A fully biodegradable mailer from Heropack will be the temporary home for your TUVIGOs during transit. These amazing mailers are sustainable and compostable, and in this sense we help saving the earth a bit. Certified by Australian BioPlastics, they will completely break down within 90-120 days in a home-compostable environment*. That's got us really excited!   

Shipping: 100% carbon-neutral!

We use 100% carbon-neutral shipping service Sendle - as sustainable as it can get! And of course, you will receive a tracking number for your Sendle parcel.

Shipping fees:

Our shipping and packing fees are at the very lowest costs possible. As a small business, we can consider free shipping only during promotional periods - make sure you sign up to our email newsletter to be the first one to know!

Shipping fees will be added at checkout based on the weight of your order. As TUVIGO towels are lightweight and we avoid unnecessary packaging materials, the shipping fees are reasonable, you'll see!

How to get the best shipping rate for all countries listed below: The lowest shipping rate is for 1-3 towels. Next shipping rate up is for 4-7 towels. The rate after this applies for your order of 8-14 towels and it's relatively cheap per towel :). Think of what a great gift the Tiny Towel in a pouch makes!

When will my order be fulfilled?

We're on Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) and operate from Sydney. We pack and ship 1-2 days after receiving your order, including on weekends.

How about exchanges and returns?

We offer 30-day returns and exchanges (less shipping costs) if your product does not meet expectations or you changed your mind. We're happy to suggest alternative products that could replace your initial purchase. Simply contact us at contact@tuvigo.com

To return your product, easiest is you pop it in a satchel with a note stating your order number and name and if you wish a refund or exchange. Add our return address and send it back with Australia Post or another carrier of your choice. Return address: Tuvigo -Returns- , 38 Clayton Street, Balmain 2041, NSW, Australia.  Once we have received the returned product, we'll be in touch to accommodate your wishes!
